Think that’s good for you? WRONG!

It is simply amazing how healthy eating trends come and go.  Seems as if just when you’re getting used to the ‘healthy’ food of the moment, the following week a report hits the stand advising you to rid it from your kitchen all together- good grief! 

Well thanks to Fitness Magazine online, we can now decipher what is bad about the so-called healthy food we consume.  This was such a shocker and eye opener for me as I am sure it will be the same for you!   Check it out and get it right 🙂
