Amazing! BUT only if you cut your sodium intake…

Ways to ADD flavor when REMOVING salt:

– fresh herbs

– dried herbs

– lemon or lime juice

– FRESH cracked pepper

– balsamic vinegar

– vinegarette (1 part vinegar/2 parts extra virgin olive oil)

Still can’t let it go? Consider using kosher or sea salt.  They’re better alternatives and you don’t have to use as much!
